Request account deletion
You can ask us to permanently delete your V3EDGE account and all of the data associated with it at any time. Email support@econteur.com from the address on your account, or with the subject line “Delete my V3EDGE account”. We verify the request and action it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your profile, login credentials, the content and projects you created in the app, any photos or videos you uploaded, and your usage history from our systems. Nothing is retained except records we are legally required to keep (for example, billing records for tax and accounting), held only for as long as the law requires and used for no other purpose.
Delete specific data without closing your account
To remove only certain content — an individual project, upload, or generated asset — delete it from within the app, or email support@econteur.com and tell us what to remove. We confirm once it is done.
